Paula was amazing at sending updates with lots of pictures and returned all messages super quickly. Our pup had a blast going to the dog park and playing with Paula’s dog. Paula was respectful of our routines and checked in if there were any questions. This was our first River experience and I cannot recommend Paula highly enough!”

She was incredibly fast to respond to any questions i had, send daily updates with photos, and made Norman a member of their family for the time he was there. While we missed Norman on our vacation, it felt so nice and reassuring to know that he was so well cared for while we were away - he was basically on a vacation of his own!! They were also very accomodating. They agreed to adjust the drop off time even if it was too short notice since we had to make last minute changes to our trip plans. Thank you so much. Bernard sent me a couple pictures and let me know how things were going which helped with my anxiety about leaving Shyloh! But there was no need to worry Bernard took great care of her! “Molly went to stay with Laura for three weeks while my husband and I went on vacation. I was worried how Molly would manage since she hasn’t been left to stay with anyone since we got her four years ago. Molly is 14 years young. She loves to be right beside someone, day and night. Laura provided the perfect environment to make Molly comfortable. Her home is quiet and stress free. Molly was allowed on the furniture and got to sleep with Laura in her bed. Even Molly’s occasional incontinence did not bother Laura. Laura was always positive and loving towards Molly. We did not have any concerns after their first night together. I would definitely recommend Laura to care for your pet. Especially if you are worried about finding a good match for your needy elderly dog.”
